In a move to kick start reforms in Burma, today US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced to ease a long anticipated key import ban on goods from Burma into the United States, seeking to hold tightly its continuous loosing sanctions against Myanmar since past 18 months.
The suspension of investment ban has announced at the United Nations General Assembly where Mrs. Clinton met with Burma President Thein Sein and both countries decided to shake hands over reforms issue
As per latest report, Chhota Shakeel and Ibrahim Tiger Memon are slapped under the United State sanctions in a move “to target the nexus of crime and terrorism in South Asia”.
Both are the two top aides of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim India’s most wanted terrorist designated the President as a Significant Foreign Narcotics Trafficker. This was the Ibrahim who is being alleged responsible for the 1993 Mumbai bombings in which 257 people dead.
It is expected that Iran is in a great force to make the nuclear missiles for challenging American troops. Several nuclear reactant centers have also been identified in Iran and while asking Tehran says its nuclear program is for peaceful means.
The US and European Union banned oil imports from Iran earlier this month and they wants from India to do same for pressuring on Tehran to ruin its nuclear projects.
But by rejecting the sanction against Tehran, the Finance Minister of India, Pranabh Mukherjee clearly said that it would not possible for India to cut petroleum oil imports from Iran.
