The army’s rescue team is using hi-tech equipments to reach the girl and drill a hole parallel to the borewell.
However, operation was hit yesterday night when rock a part was held in the hole and team used machines to break it out. Though, Mahi is being supplied oxygen with the help of a pipe but her condition is not well.
Talking to media, Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, PC Meena said, “The work to rescue the child was hampered by the presence of hard rocks which have come in the way of the link to be established between the borewell and a parallel pit dug up in order to reach her.”
