Apple wants Note II, S III, S III Mini banned

The tech giant Apple sought to hit patent infringement suits on Samsung’s six more products including the Galaxy Note II.

Samsung Note 2 is the recent one of two patent lawsuits pending in the US District Court in San Jose during a long not to end legal war between two tech giants.

According to Apple’s appealed to federal court, all Samsung products running on Google’s latest version of Android Jelly Bean platform as well asIce Cream Sandwich OS should be added under patent violation act.

“Apple has acted quickly and diligently to determine that these newly released products do infringe many of the same claims already asserted by Apple, and in the same way that the already-accused devices infringe,” the company said, as per source.

After getting a $1.05 billion jury verdict against Samsung, Apple is now expected to target Samsung Galaxy S III , Galaxy Tab 8.9 Wi-Fi, Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, Rugby Pro, and Galaxy S III Mini under lawsuit.

Apple claim is a counter attack on Samsung after Samsung refused to accept infringement, complaining that Apple’s iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices infringed eight of its patents.
