US women always known for better and fit health but new research shows that issues of wobbly tummies are growing allover the world, and thus it needs proper diet plans.
A new study reveals that the average waist size for women in the UK is 4.9cm which is larger if considered as healthy
The survey was conducted Britain’s largest healthcare charity Nuffield Health on 54,000 women and it shows that huge number of women has waist size in the ‘High Health Risk’ category.
Generally, ladies look great in bikini, but with wobbly tummies they are not bale to wear, and this also increases the risks of breast cancer and also heart and liver disease and type 2 diabetes.
