Maruti Suzuki India announced to roll out new Alto 800 small car on replacement of previous version, with more improved features and configurations, seeking to stay its position in amid Indian auto markets segment.
Alto 800 small car model is the version of best selling brand of Maruti Suzuki which launch in Indian market on Oct. 16 before Festival celebrations.
“We want to do what we were doing and even better with the Alto 800 coming in,” Manohar Bhat, Vice President of MSI said.
Latest technology sector news reveals that the Japanese car manufacturer, Honda Motor Co will increase the prices of its three most sale cars in Indian auto market by 2.6% from October 1.
Further, the company’s Indian unit said in a statement that the prices were increased due to hike in inputs costs, high inflation and reason of hike in diesel prices.
It is said in the statement that there will be hike of 0.2% to 2.6% in the prices of Honda’s Brio, Jazz and City. Meanwhile, no further information was given to media by the company.

According to latest news, a woman in Bangalore has been arrested after she was trying to enter in the Indian Space Research Organization [ISRO] in Bangalore.
It is said in reports that the 44-years-old lady was found with fake ID card on which she is mentioned as a senior scientist with the ISRO.
Reports have said that the lady was trying to enter a meeting where a high-security meeting was on at the ISRO headquarter. The lady was sent to jail till October 6.
