Nissan Evalia introduced at Rs 8.49 lakh

According to latest news, the Japan-based car manufacturer company, Nissan has today announced the launch of its multi-utility vehicle (MUV) Evalia priced between Rs 8.49 lakh and Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

Further, the Japanese company aims to introduce its top 10 new models in the country by 2015-16, including the Datsun brand, as company see good market in India.

The Nissan Evalia was first launched by the company during the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo.

It is said in reports that the new Nissan Evalia will give tough fight to Toyota Innova, Mahindra Xylo and the recently launched Maruti Ertiga.

Meanwhile, the new Nissan Evalia will be available in the Indian market in four variants, all diesel. The MUV will be powered Renault’s 1.5-litre K9K dCi engine.
