Bomb threat in Mumbai airport, CISF search Jet Airways flight

According to latest news, a bomb scare has been reported from the Mumbai .

It is said in reports that the airport authorities had received an unknown call saying that there was a bomb aboard a Jet Airways flight that was to depart from Mumbai to Bangalore.

Further, reports have said that CISF personnel had entered into the Jet Airways fight and presently questioning the passenger in the plane.

Saina Nehwal wins Denmark Open Super Series Premier Trophy

News from sports sector states that Indian badminton star Saina Nehwal has won the Denmark Open Super Series Premier Trophy and the Indian Olympic Association on Monday congratulated the star.

Talking to media, IOA acting President Vijay Kumar Malhotra said, “Saina`s consistent good showing in the International tournaments argues well for Indian sports in general and Badminton in particular.”

Further, Mr. Malhotra said that Saina has won the Denmark Open Super Series Premier Trophy and bronze medal in 2012 London Olympics this year and this has raised the level of badminton in the country.

Mumbai Film Fest workshops cancelled for Yash Chopra’s funeral

Reports have said that actress Jaya Bachchan has announced to cancel the acting workshop at the ongoing 14th Mumbai Film Festival [MFF] as she went to attend filmmaker Yash Chopra’s funeral.

The ‘King of Romance’ filmmaker Yash Chopra died on 21 October after multiple organ failure. He was cremated at the Vile Parle crematorium.

The workshop was scheduled at the 14th Mumbai Film Festival at between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Deadly Wisconsin Spa Shooting, killed three

In Wisconsin, a massive gunfiring erupted when a man inside a day spa in a Milwaukee suburb shopping centre on Sunday morning, opened fire killing three women and seven others injured.

The gunman accused of having a history of domestic abuse, as where at the busy shopping center Azana Salon and Spa, near a mall, he opened firing that was the salon where his wife worked.

Delhi police arrests Indian Mujahideen’s Fasih Mohammed

Terrorist suspect Fasih Mohammed who was accused of his allegedly involvement in the bomb blast cases in Bangalore and Delhi, has been extradited from Saudi Arabia.

The news was reported on a TV news channel on Monday.

Reports have said that the Indian Mujahideen activist is in the custody of Delhi Police’s anti-terrorist Special Cell.

Yash Chopra called me after every film, says Vidya Balan

The so called ‘King Of Romance’ of Bollywood film, director Yash Chopra said good bye to the Indian cinema on October 21. Yash Chopra took his last breath at the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai.

Yash Chopra was undergoing treatment for dengue at the Mumbai hospital.

Yash Chopra gave super hit film to Bollywood in late 80s such as like Silsila, Chandni and many such romantic film. Yash Chopra has already announced his retirement from Bollywood and said that ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ would be his last film as a director.
