Salman Khan’s latest Fitness Tips

The Dabangg Salman Khan is considered to be one of the most stylish and fit actor of Bollywood, and he is very serious about his health these days.

For that, reports have said that Salman Khan has stopped smoking and drinking and has also started walking to keep him fit.

The actor was detected with trigeminal neuralgia, which is basically a facial nerve disorder that gives a shock-like pain to the forehead, cheek and jaw).

Salman Khan also has an abnormality in his brain but cannot risk getting operated, in case he may fall into coma. In spite of it, Salman has not given up his exercise habit.

Talking to media, a source said, “Salman has been trying out different ways of keeping fit. If he is not in prime shape, it may affect his general health.”

Further, the source said, “He makes it a point to walk everyday from Panchgani (where he stays) to Wai (where the shooting is taking place). Since the entire stretch is 15 kilometers, Salman ends up walking 30 kilometers a day.”
