2G Scam: Sonia Gandhi will be the next, says Subramanian Swamy

Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy who filed petition against home minister P Chidambaram in 2 G scam, has targeted to all those guilty in the scam.

Today, the Supreme Court will expect to deliver its judgments on issues of 2G telecom spectrum in 2008. Swamy alleged that Chidambaram has along with jailed former telecom minister A Raja, involved to choose at throwaway prices to selected companies.

Swamy demanded to the Court for cancellation of 2G licences allotted to the tainted companies by Chidambaram who is a co-accused in the scam and should be probed.

Talking about Chidambaram Swamy said in an open challenge, “I have produced enough evidence. The court has to take decision on three matters. I would advise Chidambaram to bring reforms and improve, even the biggest criminals have become priests.”

After Chidambaram, his next target point will be on UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi as per his indication, Sonia took 60 per cent of the money of the country and allegedly accused in 2G scandal. No one knows that all the money that Sonia got in form of funds for domestic use is where to go.

Blaming on CBI investigation, Swamy said, “The CBI investigation has not acquired confidence.” The Supreme Court is also likely to pass an order on whether a Special Investigation Team (SIT) should oversee the CBI probe in the scam.

On this issue, Special CBI judge O P Saini has demande more time to consider Swamy’s plea, which is listed for order on February 4, and deferred the daily hearing till February 6.

The O P Saini said, “As complaint case titled ‘Dr Subramanian Swamy versus A Raja and others’ is coming for order on February 4, 2012, which requires sufficient time for consideration, this case (recording of prosecution evidence in 2G scam) would not be listed for February 2 and 3, 2012.”
