The television will once again experience the big celebrities of Bollywood under one roof, newly wed couple Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor will make their first public appearance after marriage and actresses Priyanka Chopra and Madhuri Dixit will also give dance performances at the People’s Choice Awards.

For the first time in 40-years, the acclaimed People’s Choice Awards arrives from the shores of America to India. The award function will honour people from Bollywood, Television, Sports, Music and etc.

People’s Choice Awards are totally different as people have the power to decide the winner for every nomination. People can logon to People’s Choice official website at www.PeoplesChoiceIndia.com and can cast their vote to determine the winners.

The award function will take place on October 27 at Film City. Performances will be given by Madhuri Dixit, newlyweds Saif Ali Khan-Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Sonu Nigam, Parineeti Chopra, Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar.

Further, Ayushmann Khurrana will host the show in his comic style.

Talking to media, Priyanka Chopra said, “I have seen the US version of these awards a lot of times, and I think Colors is the best platform to be presenting these awards. I love live acts, and I always try and do something different, and that’s what I will be doing at the People’s Choice Awards this time too.”

In addition, Akash Sharma, co-founder and MD, Bulldog Media & Entertainment said, “When Bulldog was invited to the People’s Choice Awards in the US a few years ago, I knew it was an amazing franchise. But what hit us the most was that this was a show that gave a voice to the people.”
