Cricket Australia confirms Ashes timetable for 2013-14

According to latest news, the Cricket Australia has confirmed the timetable of the 2013-14 Ashes series against England.

It is said that Test match series will start with a warm-up match in Perth on October 13 and the 1st Test is scheduled to play on November 21, at Brisbane.

However, it said that the final dates and venues for the 5 ODIs and three Twenty20 matches will be released in January next year.

Further, Australia and England will play five test matches, England will also play three-day match against Western Australia XI at Perth.

The schedule said that England will play four-day matches against Australia A in Hobart, a New South Wales XI in Sydney and a two—day match against a Cricket Australia Chairman’s XI in Canberra on Nov. 29—30.

Australia will play England in the Ashes series 2013 before hosting a return series in a congested year for the traditional bilateral series.
