The much awaited entry level Honda’s Brio sedan is set to launch in next coming year 2013, called Honda Amaze with a promise to offer quality with comfort drive.

Drive on Brio platform, Amaze will be a diesel sedan variant going to launch firstly in Thailand and India.

The car will be powered by a newly developed 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engine made at its Tapukara plant in Rajasthan, is likely to deliver a 100PS/200Nm power and will compete with Tata’s Indigo eCS and Maruti’s Swift DZire.

If talking about interiors and exteriors, Amaze will come with excelent features with good functioning, improved wheelbase, a large space log in boot, front rear, fearbox and extended bumper, offers customers a well costy , saving tax import duties due to come under the four-metre mark.

After launching a car which brings a good and comfortable drive which will be shipped in india in next year, the company said to roll out 3-4 diesel models in the next 2-3 years, offering customers what they want, ensuring strong presence in Diesel sedan segment in Indian market.
