Robert Vadra gets clean chit in land deals, Kejriwal not happy

Latest political news state that Haryana’s deputy commissioners have found no misdeed in Congress President Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra’s land deals.

Fresh reports have that a group of four deputy commissioners gave clean chit to Robert Vadra. Talking to media, Vijay Singh Dahiya Palwal, deputy commissioner said, “Four Haryana deputy commissioners probed Vadra’s deals after IAS officer Ashok Khemka allegations that there were irregularities. No transaction has been reported to be undervalued.”

It is said that the deputy commissioners of Gurgaon, Faridabad, Palwal and Mewat were talking care of the land deals, however, the India Against Corruption [IAC] has rejected the report.

IAC leader Arvind Kejriwal tweets, “Newspapers say Haryana officers give clean chit to Vadra. That was expected. Country wud be surprised if it were otherwise.”

Further, Kejriwal posted that Congress and BJP were brother in corruption. He said, “Are all these probes merely an eyewash? Time will tell. It wud (would) further prove – Cong BJP bhai bhai.”

Kejriwal added, “In Haryana, all good officers shunted out. Those in key positions crawl when asked to bend.”

He added that the central government will also try to help BJP President Nitin Gadkari from corruption allegation, as it protected Robert Vadra.

Kejriwla demanded Robert Vadra’s case should be investigated by the Income Tax Department.
