As per report on Thursday, an Afghan crashed a stolen truck on Wednesday while U.S. Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta’s plane landed at the British airfield in Helmand province in southern Afghanistan.

The man was an interpreter of the foreign forces who had stolen the truck, having fuel container, but the truck was headed toward a group of U.S. Marines assembled at the ramp.

It believed that the incident was related to Panetta’s arrival, being trial of harm, but U.S. Lt. Gen. Curtis Scaparotti, traveling with Panetta in Kabul dismissed it.
