The former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa who was freed from the allegation of the illegal mining by the Karnataka High Court, will today present before the Supreme Court for hearing.
In last March this year, Karnatak High Court had dismissed the FIR report that was recorded against Yeddyurappa called it invalid report.

Vectra Chief Ravi Rishi, against whom FIR has registered by CBI earlier this week, has issued restraint order not to leave the country.
FIR has charged to NRI businessman, being accused in charge of the Army Chief’s bribery and lookout notice issued by CBI to may ask question him again over the Tatra truck deal case.
British businessman Rishi who is the Chairman of the Vectra Group the truck manufacturing company, has huge share in Tatra trucks, a Czech manufacturer.

Today the case of killed two Indian fishermen turns to be political issue after Italy authorities arrested of two Italian marines of ship “Enrica Lexie” who shot two fishermen from Kerala at sea on Sunday.
And this is criticized by Indian police because under Act of Indian Penal code, they were already filed FIR against both marines, on the basis of that incident had happened in Indian terrestrial water.
It is really against Indian law and today in form of further action against Italy, the Indian police will move the Kerala High Court today seeking quashing of the FIR against the marines.
