Voilence erupt across Egypt over Morsi’s new powers decree

Amid opposition of Egypt’s Islamist President Mohammed Morsi’s self grating sweeping power, more than thousands of protesters called a violent protest in cities across the Egypt on Friday including central Cairo.

Several Muslims’ office have been burned as angry protesters along with Egyptian political leaders clashed with Morsi’s supporters as he came to take office charge, hit out a most violent protest in country.

Mosri’s Thursday decree is threatening a biggest war between his Muslim Brotherhood and liberals who fear a new dictatorship.

The complete cast and the crew members of the family comedy show ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’, which recently completed its 1000 episodes, might go abroad for a special shooting schedule.

Talking to media, producer of the show, Asit Kumar Modi said, “I am planning for a particular episode where the entire cast of Gokuldham are planning for a picnic abroad, and so we are planning to take the entire cast of ‘Taarak Mehta…’ somewhere abroad.”

Jab Tak Hai Jaan1 150x150 Jab Tak Hai Jaan crosses the Rs 100 crore mark in IndiaThe Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan has joined the club of 100 crore for the second time as his latest released film ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ has crossed the mark of Rs 100 crore in India itself.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweets, “#JTHJ [2nd Week] Fri 2.75 cr. Total: 101.16 cr nett. CROSSES 100 cr MARK IN INDIA.”

When released, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, had mixed reviews and audiences came due to filmmaker Yash Chopra’s name but slowly the film worked well.

Arvind Kejriwal’s party named Aam Aadmi Party

The social activist turned politician Arvind Kejriwal has finally annoucned the name of his political party, after two months- the Aam Aadmi Party.

Kejriwal announced the name in the presence of around 300 members at its formal meeting. The national council of the party is also established and the party constitution formally adopted.

Now, the national council will select the 30-member national executive which will be the party’s highest decision-making body.

Pakistan blocks cellphone services

On the special and important 9th and 10th days of Muharram, the first month of Islamic calendar, Pakistan govt has blocked all mobile services across the cities for more than two days, seeking to prevent Sunni extremist groups from detonating bombs using mobiles.

Threatening from Wednesday’s suicide attacks in Rawalpindi and Karachi, the mobile services are being blocked in Karachi, Quetta and a sector of Islamabad which would be followed to more than 50 cities on two days.
