Prajapati Case 270x300 Prajapati Case: CBI calls Amit Shah to Delhi CourtCBI has called up the former Gujarat home minister Amit Shah, to Delhi for questioning in connection with the 2006 fake encounter of Tulsiram Prajapati.

However Tulsiram Prajapati was a key witness to the killing of Sohrabuddin Sheikh and his wife Kausarbi.

Shah, who is considered a close aid of chief minister Narendra Modi, is out on bail after being arrested in the Sohrabuddin case.

CBI asked him to appear at the agency headquarters for questioning in the Prajapati case as early as Tuesday during which CBI is expected to confront the BJP leader with telephone records about him being allegedly in touch with police officers including the deputy inspector general of police (Jail) DG Vanzara.

On the intervening night of May 15-16, 2008, Talwar’s daughter Aarushi found dead at the family’s Noida residence and the body of domestic help Hemraj was found dead on the terrace the following day.

Although AK Ganguly and JS Khehar, a bench of justices, had rejected the couple’s appeal last week, now will hear the petition for interim bail in the sensational murder case.

Ambala 881770f 300x199 12 students killed in Ambala road accidentAs per the latest reports, around 11 school children were killed and 20 other left injured when they were on their way to school today morning.

Reports have said that an overloaded school van carrying students collided with a truck due to dense fog on Saha-Shahabad road near Ambala today morning.

While talking to media, police officials said, the accident took place due to less visibility and the two vehicles collided near Bhita village, about 15 km from Ambala City.

All the children were in the age group of 5-8 years. The school van carrying students of Arjun Public School located in Saha.
