In the 14-year-old Aarushi murder case, Aarushi’s mother Nupur Talwar is always kept herself aside form the hearing by not attending it.
Her absence resulted the non-bailable warrant issued against her by the Special CBI Court and today the Supreme Court asked her to approach the trial judge for bail after surrendering on Monday before the trial court in Ghaziabad.
As per the top stories, the CBI carried out raids at 3 places in Noida and Delhi in connection with its probe into alleged irregularities in the procurement and supply of the Tatra trucks to the Indian Army.
It is reported that three teams of CBI has arrived at the retired official of Indian Army and an official of Vectra today morning and took away some important documents and other required things.
Under the proceeding of Aarushi’s murder case that is yet a misty, Supreme Court, Today, will hear a petition filled by Nupur Talwar seeking to Court’s verdict of non-bailable arrest warrant issued against her by a trial court.
In her plea, Mrs. Nupur claimed that the non-bailable arrest warrant (NBW) against her at this stage would cause “great ignominy, humiliation and disgrace” along with her entire family and the community of law-abiding citizens.
In a biggest crack-down in the case of Bibi Jagir Kaur, Senior Punjab minister was today found guilty by a Patiala court of conspiracy in the death of her own daughter, harpreet Kaur, in April 2000.
It is said in reports that Jagir Kaur was sentenced to 5-years rigorous imprisonment. Though, the Patiala court dropped murder charges against Bibi Jagir Kaur.

Under the huge pressure from opposition members and former Army chiefs over embarrassment issues, the UPA government asked Defence Ministry to set IB for probe the matter, inquire into leakage of the Army Chief’s letter to the media along with the bribery allegations made by him.
As per fresh reports, Balwant Singh Rajoana, who is in Patiala jail and was considered as main accused in assassination of former Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh has written a letter to the Akal Takht.
Reports have said that latter says that there was no need for anyone to seek clemency for him. Balwant Singh Rajoana also denied accepting any kindness from the BJP, Capt Amarinder Singh or from late CM Beant Singhs family members.
Rajoana handed over the latter to his sister, Kamadeep Kaur, and she gave the latter to Akal Takht.
The latter said, “I have fought for my rights all through my life. I do not want to give away my principles for anyone.”
Balwant Singh Rajoana criticized all the political parties in his latter, especially the Akali Dal. He writes, “I neither trusted them (Akalis) nor believe them as they have failed to get justice from New Delhi. These leaders were mum till date and suddenly they are speaking for my clemency. All know how they have made money and what their reality is. The Akalis should give away blue turbans and instead don khaki turbans for failing to get justice from New Delhi time and again.”
In a big crack-down in Army bribe case, the Army Chief VK Singh has once again given a socking statement.
The army chief has today named retired Lft Gen Tejinder Singh in the incident in which VK Singh was offered a bribe of Rs14 crore.
In regards to this, when media tried to approach Defense Minister AK Antony, he said, “I did not receive any written complaint at any stage.”
AK Antony was asked by media that his ministry did not act on army chief’s allegation.
Aarushi Murder Case turned into another controversy after Nupur Talwar, mother of Aarushi Talwar who was killed in 2008 at Noida, has blamed Krishna came in contact with Hemraj before the murders.
Nupur Talwar claimed that the Police had found DNA evidence of Hemraj in Krishna’s house in the bedsheet and later given to the CBI.
Further she said the clothes the Talwars wore on the night of Aarushi’s murder, only had her DNA and not Hemraj’s.
By stating all these tragic facts, Mrs Talwar requested the Supreme Court to review its January 6 decision of declining to close the case against the dentist couple and hear petition in open court.
