There is fighting between Google Inc’s Android cell phones and tablets, for the market shares, and it also become the fight source between HTC Corp and Apple because there are many of which HTC manufactures, and Apple’s product line.
On Wednesday, The HTC Corp is the world’s No.4 smartphone maker, reported that a US trade panel, the International Trade Commission has postponed a final ruling on its lawsuit against Apple Inc.
HTC official told a source that the reason for delay the result was not defined.
It is very tough time for HTC and final ruling is essential for it.
Otherwise the legal fight of it with Apple and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd could result in ban of delivering of HTC phones in US.
However Samsung, which also makes Android products, is having a suit charged by Apple in similar court.
An HTC official said the International Trade Commission postponed from the original date of December 6, had scheduled a ruling for 14 Dec. on Wednesday, now would delivered its ruling on 19th December.
