The Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani seems to be paying a high price in form of his parliamentary post for getting refused from reopening the grafts cases against President Asif Ali Zardari.
Last Monday, The Pakistan’s highest court Supreme Court issued a notice to Gilani to appear on 19 January for defining his reason of failing to re processing the money laundry cases against President.
In 2003 a Money laundering case of millions of dollars from Swiss companies was charged against Mr Zardari and his late wife, former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto and when amnesty granted to them in 2007 by President Pervez Musharraf, and then Zardari’s government requested Swiss authorities to drop down the case.
