According to science field report, China launched a high-resolution remote-sensing satellite for civilian use on Monday.
This satellite is launched from its Taiyuan Satellite Launch Centre in Shanxi province.
A statement released from the centre, “The satellite – Ziyuan III satellite – is tasked with offering services to aid the country’s land-resources surveys, natural-disaster prevention, agriculture development, water-resources management, and urban planning.”
With 2650 kg weight, above 500km of the earth the satellite entered an orbit about 12 minutes after it was launched. Read More
